Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base).
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven developer independence on the ServiceNow platform with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM, Asset/Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in project teams.
• Experience with data analysis/modeling to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as a technical team member.
• Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers.
• Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
• Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and best practices.
• Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in requirements meetings.
• Solution and develop enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
• Facilitate and support rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
