Job summary

Presidio is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide architectural leadership for a Managed Services ServiceNow platform. You will shape the technical direction, govern integrations, and guide the team toward sustainable, scalable, out-of-the-box solutions while aligning with business objectives.

You will collaborate with Platform teams, security, and process owners to implement governance, design patterns, and upgrade plans, while ensuring performance and data protection across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience including architecture, design, configuration and development.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow architecture in multi-customer or MSP environments.
• Experience with domain separation and complex integrations using REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the architectural roadmap for the ServiceNow platform in a Managed Services context.
• Lead domain separation, security, data isolation, integrations, and cross-domain behavior.
• Drive upgrade readiness and evolve from customized solutions to out-of-the-box capabilities.
