Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Architect to lead a new ServiceNow implementation and optimize enterprise applications. The role requires deep ServiceNow development expertise and an architectural mindset, working with IT leadership and business stakeholders to design scalable, automated solutions.

You will drive platform configuration, integrations, and governance across ITSM/CSM/EAM/CMDB, while coordinating with ERP/CRM/HRIS systems and external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise business systems architecture, implementation, or integration.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM/HRIS integrations.
• Strong APIs, integrations, data architecture, and workflow automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong documentation, governance, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation: configuration, development, and integrations.
• Design ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, EAM, CMDB.
• Create scalable architecture, data flows, governance across apps.
• Support NetSuite ERP enhancements and integrations.
• Evaluate future CRM and HRIS solutions.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and automated workflows.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, IT to translate needs.
• Collaborate with architects, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain technical docs, inventories, and change controls.
• Proactively improve performance, efficiency, and adoption.
