- Mentor teams and lead architecture discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps.
- Translate business goals into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Mentor developers and conduct design reviews and QA.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders on compliance and modernization.
