The role is fully remote within the United States, with 0–10% travel. Requires 5+ years ITSM, 3+ years ServiceNow development, and relevant certifications such as CSA/CIS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/IS/Business) or equivalent.
5+ years supporting ITSM processes in large environments.
3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture.
Define and enforce platform governance, including release management and security protocols.
Provide architectural solutions for integrating third‑party tools into the ServiceNow instance.
Design and maintain data architectures and CMDB alignment across the platform.
Collaborate with platform engineers, product owners, and developers to define data flows and integrations.
