Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect to shape how clients govern, deploy, and scale AI on ServiceNow through AI Control Tower. You will lead end-to-end architecture, set governance standards, and align configurations with IRM while ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

You will validate releases, drive quality reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client-ready solutions in a remote-friendly US role.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AICT implementations, translating client governance needs into scalable designs.
• Own technical governance by guiding design decisions, setting standards, and aligning with platform best practices.
• Design AICT configurations across roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations, including IRM alignment.
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades.
• Drive quality assurance by leading solution and technical reviews for accuracy and client readiness.
