Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a program manager to develop and expand the Kenworth Essentials training pipeline across North America. Remote role with up to 50% travel, the ideal candidate will coordinate with technical schools, Kenworth dealers, and internal stakeholders to increase student participation and completion, aligning school engagement with dealer workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
• 7+ years of technical school instruction, management, or related technical training experience required.
• ASE certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships between Kenworth Truck Company, Kenworth dealers, and the Kenworth Dealer Service Training department to implement training programs that support the recruiting, training, and retention of prospective heavy-duty truck and diesel service technicians.
• Work with individual technical schools to increase student participation in and completion of the Kenworth Essentials program.
• Collaborate with sponsoring Kenworth dealers in local markets to support ongoing program development, including dealer personnel involvement, equipment provisions, recruiting events, career fairs, and other educational opportunities.
• Coordinate database management and training program access through the BCA training website.
• Use available student and course data to identify trends, establish goals, and recommend strategies to improve program outcomes.
