The role involves developing on‑demand and live online training, managing content, and coordinating with LMS vendors. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a focus on continuous improvement and dealer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in developing, designing, and delivering technical training content.
• Experience with computer-based training development using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations and training programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Training Content Development: identify and develop training for Peterbilt dealership personnel across classroom, recorded, and live online formats.
• Training Content Management: manage curriculum development, update content, and document processes.
• Online Training: develop and publish online training including recording, editing, and media production.
