Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician (Remote) to install and service our bulk cooking oil management equipment nationwide. The role supports customers from initial installation through routine maintenance and training, with field visits and remote support as needed.

The ideal candidate will live near Albany, NY area or within 25 miles south, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong problem solving, teamwork and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work within a team and solve customer issues.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control operation goals and timelines for service labor and quality.
• Comply with internal processes and local and federal requirements including DOT/OSHA/HACCP.
• Maintain parts and supply levels in service vehicles and paperwork standards.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Service customers’ needs, training and coaching on the system as needed.
