Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Svc Business Manager to drive service requirements for new product development and US market introductions.

You will collaborate with service upstream marketing, engineering and R/D to ensure serviceability goals and CIRB/GCIRB actions are owned by the business unit. This remote, USA-based position leads cross-functional teams to optimize service costs, develop business models, and coordinate global deployments for medical imaging products and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in engineering environment with emphasis in systems design or engineering project management.
• 4 years project management experience in multi-project environment preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation standards.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for installed base and new products.
• Cross-functional role to ensure engineering practices per Canon policies.
• Drive ROI and process improvements in Service and Product Engineering.
• Lead technical communications between departments for design, performance and service.
• Interact with global service design teams for deployment plans of new medical imaging products.
• Develop content for SDRS through global cross-functional interaction.
• Coordinate product changes/enhancements and front-line service plans.
• Provide service tool development and training support.
