Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Svc Business Manager to drive service requirements for new product development and US market introductions.

Based fully remote in the USA, you will collaborate with upstream service marketing, engineering, and R&D to define serviceability needs and deliver innovative service solutions. You will own CIRB/GCIRB actions, manage corrective actions for installed bases and new products, and lead cross-functional programs to improve service cost,

Qualifications

• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the medical imaging industry.
• 4 years' experience in an engineering environment with emphasis in systems level engineering design or engineering project management.
• 4 years project management experience preferred in multi-project environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for installed base and new products.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure engineering practices align with Canon policies.
• Drive ROI-based process improvements across Service and Product Engineering.
• Develop service business models and monitor costs to meet targets.
• Coordinate global service deployment plans with cross-company teams.
• Provide technical leadership and clear communication on design, performance, and service issues.
• Interface with global service design teams to develop deployment plans for new products.
• Contribute to SDRs and requirements specifications for new product introductions.
• Lead training content creation and qualification for new product launches.
• Support regulatory affairs in resolving MDR-related issues.
