Job summary

Atlas Copco US – United States Kent, Washington is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service Technicians and drive service growth in the Kent region. You will manage daily operations, visit customers to advise on service standards, and sell service plans and training to strengthen relationships.

We require 5–7 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (technical degree preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of directly relevant experience, preferably within Atlas Copco Group.
• High school diploma mandatory; two- or four-year technical college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and IBM Lotus Notes; valid driver’s license; some travel.
• Knowledge of safety practices, OSHA compliance, and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the service business in the assigned region and meet/exceed goals.
• Oversee daily operations of Service Technicians, providing leadership and support.
• Visit customers to advise on service standards and sell service plans/products.
• Coordinate with service coordinators; ensure safety training and records.
• Prepare reports on work-in-process and drive process improvements.
