The position collaborates with Install, Maintenance, Product, Revenue Cycle Services, IT, and other internal teams to ensure service performance meets commitments and improves member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and improving enterprise service management programs.
• Ability to design standardized frameworks, workflows, governance, and processes for consistent service delivery.
• Establish and mature disciplines including incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management.
• Develop scalable processes to support growth and evolving member needs.
• Align service management practices across cross-functional teams.
