Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive multi-disciplinary projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for diverse roles and virtual environments.
• Experience with healthcare data, reporting, and analytics; interoperability knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of program activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Support deployment of digital health tools including remote patient monitoring and patient portals.
• Apply governance, prioritization, risk management, and quality oversight to programs.

Education
