Job summary

Presence is the leading provider of teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs, connecting clinicians to K-12 districts nationwide. The role supports the Service Delivery team to coordinate referrals, provider readiness, and customer communication in a remote-first environment.

This position involves day-to-day account coordination across districts, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with Recruiting, Revenue, and Services teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, customer success, account coordination, project coordination, service delivery, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple priorities while meeting service level expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational coordination for low-complexity districts.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned districts and partners.
• Coordinate referral progression from intake to service readiness and fulfillment.
• Maintain proactive communication with district partners on status and updates.
• Identify operational risks and elevate complex issues to specialists.
