Job summary

Seven Starling is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Support Coordinator to guide therapists and nurse practitioners from onboarding through ongoing support and offboarding. You will be the primary contact for the provider network, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while enabling high-quality maternal mental health care.

The role emphasizes day-to-day ticket handling, onboarding coordination, data entry, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a support, operations coordination, or customer-facing role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software.
• Experience with helpdesk and CRM software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for provider questions via ticketing system.
• Handle high-volume, repeatable tickets accurately against documented processes.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
