• Answer calls, emails, and correspondence; determine priorities and communicate status.
• Review order board and alerts to ensure follow-up and profitability.
• Maintain service team schedule; advise stakeholders on status.
• Support Project Managers during project plans and timelines.
• Prioritize and negotiate resource assignments for engagements.
