What you will do:

This role involves working in a call center environment, handling incoming calls from customers while maintaining high customer service standards. You will demonstrate your ability to meet or exceed SRC KPIs, mentor new hires during and after training, and assist the SRC Supervisor as needed.

How you will do it:
  • Handle customer requests professionally, gathering detailed information to efficiently dispatch and schedule service calls
  • Accurately enter service request data into our SEDU/Genesys system during calls
  • Lead among Service Coordinators and mentor new hires
  • Participate in operational meetings, providing insights and recommending process improvements
  • Alert management to potential issues from customer or field complaints and work towards resolution
  • Manage additional responsibilities such as Elite line training, weekly reports, and daily account reports
What we look for:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • At least 2 years of SRC experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SEDU/Oracle field cloud systems preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
