Position Overview

We seek a driven, results-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative - Client Service Coordinator. This role involves converting inbound leads into new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer experiences. As the first contact for prospective clients, you'll shape their initial impressions and play a key role in our growth. The position is based in Virginia Beach, with remote work options available. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
  2. Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales closure goals quarterly.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to build a sales pipeline and facilitate deal closures.
  5. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking lead progress and interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of proven inside sales experience (required).
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  3. Strong phone presence with ability to make numerous calls daily.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
  5. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Active listening, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  9. Some college education (preferred).

Compensation:

  1. Base Salary: $40,000/year
  2. Bonus Opportunities: Monthly and quarterly incentives
  3. Total Potential Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year+
