Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Service Contract Management Specialist to lead contract development and management across North America. You will interface with clients and work closely with Service and Sales teams to optimize contract terms and pricing.

The role covers drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing MSAs and ISAs, with emphasis on long-term service agreements for PV and storage systems in a dynamic, remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract administration is essential.
• Experience in service and renewable energy sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to accompany the sales team for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Formulate contract management strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain databases for service contract components.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to improve procedures.
• Analyze service terms within MSAs and ISAs with clients.
• Negotiate non-standard contract terms with Sales.
• Oversee the full contract cycle from drafting to finalization.
• Coordinate with Service and Maintenance for Long-Term Service Agreements.
• Ensure SOW and Exhibits reflect final pricing.
• Review subcontractor agreements and amend warranty docs.
• Approve custom service scopes or modifications.
• Address disputes, claims and terminations proactively.
• Maintain robust communication to preempt issues.
• Keep contract documentation up to date in the database.
