Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year in transportation operations leadership or related role.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of LTL, DOT, OSHA, NMFC and tariff rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support service center staff in daily operations and meetings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely shipment handling.
• Maintain safe and clean facility and equipment.
