Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Service Admin Specialist to manage end-to-end service operations across Oceania, coordinating requests, work orders, quotations, invoicing, parts logistics, and supplier activities. This role supports Customer Support Engineers and acts as a central link between customers, service engineers, sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• End-to-end service operations coordination experience.
• Experience with procurement platforms and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage service requests and work orders.
• Coordinate quotations, invoices, and supplier management.
• Maintain data integrity across SAP/ServiceMax/Salesforce.
• Coordinate imports, customs, and compliance documentation.
• Assist CSEs with quotes and parts procurement.
• Provide backup support for contract and consumables sales.
