Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and general computer asset usage.
• CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) required.
• Ability to work effectively in a technically complex infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, provision, and maintain servers and workstations.
• Provide OS Level Support for Critical IT Infrastructure.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades in coordination with business support teams.
