Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux).
• Willingness to learn infrastructure and operations concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, deploying, and supporting server environments that host business applications.
• Support the setup and maintenance of development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Help monitor server health, performance, and availability and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Assist with patching, updates, and routine maintenance of operating systems and server infrastructure.
• Support configuration of networking, storage, and security settings within hosted environments.
• Help troubleshoot environment-related issues in coordination with development teams.
• Document server configurations, standard operating procedures, and environment architecture.
• Support automation efforts to streamline provisioning, configuration, and deployment tasks.
• Participate in capacity planning and basic performance tuning activities.
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand application hosting requirements.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
