Job summary

SEOasis is a boutique SEO agency seeking an agency SEO who will own accounts end-to-end, including kickoff calls, strategy setting, and delivering revenue impact. You will manage 14 accounts, drive results, and participate in growth by hiring and onboarding the next operator within the first year.

You can work remotely with a flexible schedule, overlap 4 hours daily with Eastern Time, and contribute to fast-paced client wins through audits, templates, and experiments.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to managing multiple clients.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and data manipulation (V-lookups).
• Able to identify AI copy that sounds artificial and fix it quickly.
• Strong written communication and ability to match brand voices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and drive results for the portfolio.
• Own the strategy behind each client and monitor progress.
• Revise strategies every 90 days to optimize results.
• Manage day-to-day fulfillment: build pages, keyword research, and collaboration with content and link-building partners.
• QA all live content: links, titles, metas, schema.
• Maintain Asana tasks and reporting clarity for clients.
• Handle ad hoc tasks like site crawls or templates.
