Job summary

Plan Left, LLC is a digital marketing agency seeking an Ads & SEO Manager who will own paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and the SEO strategy for multiple clients. This role is remote with flexible hours and potential for full-time growth.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to achieve ROI and improve search visibility. You will manage budgets, perform keyword research, run A/B tests, and coordinate with design and development teams to optimize ads and sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• 2+ years hands-on SEO experience including technical, on-page, and content
• Proven track record managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets
• Experience improving organic search rankings for multiple websites
• Proficiency with A/B testing and statistical significance
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio/Looker Studio)
• Agency background with multi-client management
• Google Ads certification (required)
• Strong analytical skills with GA/GTM/Search Console
• Familiarity with structured data and local SEO is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Own campaign strategy and execution with minimal supervision
• Manage multiple client accounts with varying budgets
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting
• Design and execute A/B tests for ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Coordinate with dev/design teams for technical SEO fixes
• Lead on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies across clients
• Develop content briefs to support keyword rankings
• Track local SEO performance and conversions
• Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations
• Communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders
