Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing SEO or account management role at a digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks and citations.
• Excellent communication; able to lead client calls confidently.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: serve as the primary contact for assigned SEO clients via Slack, video calls and email.
• Campaign Execution Oversight: ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization meet quality standards.
• Progress Calls: lead monthly Zoom reviews of results and strategies.
• Upsell Opportunities: identify and recommend Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and website services.
• Reporting and Analysis: present SEO data clearly, highlight ROI and support decisions.
• Client Retention: build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
