Job summary

Haven Services is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO & Web to drive organic growth across all divisions and service markets. You will own technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO, content strategy, and authority building for Haven’s brands.

This role also manages Haven's website development and maintenance across division sites, coordinating with marketing, division leadership, and IT to ensure SEO-ready pages and a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Deep expertise in technical, on-page, local SEO, and link building.
• Proficiency with SEO tools SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing SEO across multi-location websites.
• Working proficiency in HTML and CSS to edit templates without developer.
• WordPress experience with page builders like Elementor or Divi.
• Familiarity with website performance tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical SEO audits, crawlability, indexing, site speed, and schema markup.
• Manage on-page optimization, content strategy, and local SEO programs.
• Coordinate website development and maintenance across division sites.
• Develop new service, location, and landing pages with marketing leaders.
• Lead link-building and authority efforts to grow domain strength.
• Track performance in Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms; report insights.
