Milestone Treatment Center is seeking an experienced SEO Director to own and grow our national organic search presence across locations, services, and digital properties. This hands-on leader will blend strategy with technical SEO, content, local search, analytics, and AI-driven approaches to drive measurable growth.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with developers and agencies, and translate data into actionable recommendations for ownership and executives, helping thousands find behavioral

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of driving measurable organic growth.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, link building, and multi-location SEO.
• Experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Milestone's long-term organic search strategy across locations and services.
• Lead the full SEO lifecycle from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Manage annual SEO budget including technology, content, and external partners.
• Grow organic search assets and develop new websites, pages, and location assets.
• Lead local SEO initiatives: Google Business Profiles, location pages, and local citations.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions, and report ROI to leadership.
