Job summary

Haven Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO & Web to own end-to-end SEO and website development across Haven’s divisions. This remote or in-office role is based in Columbus, Ohio.

You will lead technical audits, content strategy, local SEO, and site migrations while collaborating with the marketing team, division leadership, and IT to drive measurable organic growth for multiple brands.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Deep expertise in technical, on-page, local SEO, and link building.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb.
Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Experience managing SEO across multi-location or multi-brand websites.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress page builders.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues across Haven properties.
Build, maintain, and optimize Haven division websites using WordPress or CMS.
Develop and execute on-page and content SEO strategies with a calendar.
Lead local SEO efforts, GBP optimization, and local citations.
Develop white-hat link-building strategies and monitor backlinks.
Track performance with analytics platforms and deliver actionable reports.
Coordinate website changes with marketing and IT; act as primary website contact.
