Job summary
Haven Services LLC, based in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEO and web strategy to drive organic growth across multiple divisions and markets. You will own technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO, content planning, and link-building, while also managing website development and CMS updates in WordPress.
The role requires collaboration with marketing, IT and division leaders to deliver measurable improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local SEO.
- Experience with WordPress and CMS platforms; able to edit templates/pages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve crawl/indexing issues across Haven properties.
- Develop and execute on-page, content, and local SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
- Build and maintain a content calendar targeting high-value keywords and intents.
- Lead link-building and authority-building initiatives across multi-location sites.
- Monitor performance via Google Analytics/Search Console; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee website development/updates across division sites in WordPress or CMS.
