Job Title: Remote SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist (100% work from home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,500 - 1,800 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours flexible but within a few hours of 8:00am–5:00pm MT (Mountain Time) with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Overview:
We're looking for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow. As their Local Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll help drive traffic and occupancy across all of their locations by managing and optimizing the local SEO, paid advertising, content, and customer-facing marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with lots of room to learn and expand, ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow with a small but fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our websites (built on Duda) for performance, SEO, and usability
  • Oversee local SEO for all locations: Google/Apple/Bing business profiles, citations, backlinks, and reviews
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (primarily Google Ads, possibly Yelp and others)
  • Monitor search and map rankings using tools like BrightLocal, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
  • Create and publish content for our websites, blog, and social media channels
  • Track marketing KPIs and provide performance reporting and insights
  • Research competitors to stay ahead on positioning, pricing, and visibility
  • Develop and manage local promotions, seasonal campaigns, and referral programs
  • Improve customer experience through onsite materials (e.g., welcome kits, signage)
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and local SEO best practices
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience or training in digital marketing, SEO, or PPC (can include freelance or coursework)
  • Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, BrightLocal)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-learner with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Duda or similar website builders
  • Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Google, Yelp, Meta, or Bing
  • Experience creating content for local businesses (blog posts, social posts, landing pages, etc.)
  • Graphic design basics (Canva or similar)
