Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking an Associate Manager, SEO to lead data‑driven organic and AI search campaigns across SaaS, e‑commerce, higher education, healthcare and finance. You will guide a small team, shape content and technical strategies, and drive results for multiple accounts with a focus on scalable growth.

The role is a steppingstone to independent leadership as Strategist/Manager, emphasizing collaboration, problem solving, and continuous learning within a remote, US‑based framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years leading or contributing to SEO campaigns, agency experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of SEO and AI search best practices and business goal alignment.
• Understanding of crawl, indexing, rendering, and crawl budget concepts.
• Experience with web performance and page speed optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day SEO activities for key accounts.
• Lead bi-weekly client cadence calls with team support and coordination.
• Grow into an independent SEO team leader and strategist/manager.
• Conduct audits and identify content and technical SEO opportunities at scale.
• Document solutions and advise developers on implementation.
• Build business cases to prioritize SEO initiatives for clients.
• Analyze performance with SEO and analytics tools and explain findings.
• Stay current on industry trends and communicate to clients and team.
• Perform competitive analyses and improve organic conversion rates.
