Discovered Labs, an SEO/AEO agency, is hiring a SEO/AEO Lead to manage a team of analysts and strategists. You will raise the bar across client work and collaborate with product and engineering to turn insights into better tools and workflows.

This role is fully remote, ideally within +/-4 hours of GMT. You will own client health and the department's net revenue retention goal, coach the team weekly, run structured reviews, and build scalable onboarding and playbooks to deliver world-class

Qualifications

• Experience formally managing SEOs with evidence of improved performance.
• Strong practical SEO judgement across content, technical and off-page work.
• Evidence that your SEO decisions improved client business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Improve delivery methodology and turn insights into playbooks and workflows.
• Set and maintain delivery standards and QA processes.
• Lead weekly coaching, performance reviews and development plans.
• Own client health metrics (NRR) and report retention/expansion risks.
• Build talent bench, structure interviews and onboarding curricula.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve tools and workflows.
