Discovered Labs is seeking an experienced SEO/AEO Manager to lead our program, work with data, run content workflows and ship website improvements using coding agents.

You’ll own day-to-day prioritization, delivery and reporting, collaborating with leadership to set goals and measure impact across keyword performance, AI visibility and inbound pipeline.

This full-time remote role welcomes candidates who thrive in a fast-moving, tech-savvy team and enjoy hands-on optimization and tooling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated SEO execution with measurable results.
• Ability to translate business goals into search strategy.
• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs.
• Experience using Screaming Frog or equivalent crawl tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEO/AEO program to generate qualified inbound pipeline.
• Develop pillar and cluster strategy and keyword mapping.
• Produce content briefs and coordinate editors and QA.
• Build tools and automations to improve delivery.
• Measure progress against commercial keywords and AI visibility.
