Palo Alto Networks seeks an Extended Expertise Consultant to enable customers to securely integrate and automate cloud environments using Cortex XSOAR. You will lead deployments, develop automation workflows, and guide continuous improvements with real-time support.

You will collaborate with SOC analysts to CISOs, ensuring adoption and long-term value while handling complex security architectures and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with XSOAR/automation, developing playbooks and use cases, platform deployment, EDR integration, SIEM/SOC, preferably in the DOD domain.
• Familiarity with IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint solutions.
• Working knowledge of Python for playbook customization.
• Linux/Unix command-line proficiency and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience managing complex automated security solutions in large environments.
• Deep understanding of security threats and cybersecurity tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical implementations of security automation within customer environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain XSOAR playbooks to automate incident response workflows.
• Integrate diverse security tools with XSOAR.
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Advise clients on cloud security best practices and architecture.
• Prepare capacity planning, deployment, and configuration guides.
• Communicate with executives and engineers, translating technical details to business terms.
• Train customer teams to leverage security products effectively.
