Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Extended Expertise Consultant to enable customers to securely integrate and automate their cloud environments, leading Cortex XSOAR deployments.

You will guide complex implementations, develop automation workflows, and drive continuous improvement with real-time support across SOC analysts to CISOs. Based in Omaha, NE, this role requires a TS/SCI clearance and 5–8 years in cybersecurity or security operations, with a focus on security automation

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI is required at the time of hire.
• Experience in security automation and implementing XSOAR playbooks.
• Strong background integrating EDR, SIEM, and threat intel platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences including CISOs.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical implementations of security automation within customer environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain XSOAR playbooks to automate incident response workflows.
• Integrate diverse security tools, including EDR, SIEM, and threat intel platforms, with XSOAR.
• Analyze operational business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex cloud security systems as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare capacity planning, deployment, and configuration guides.
• Translate technical information into business terms for executives.
• Train and empower customer teams to leverage security products effectively.
