Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant to enable customers in securely integrating and automating their cloud environments, leading Cortex XSIAM adoption.

You will guide complex deployments, craft automation workflows, and drive continuous improvement with real-time support across SOC teams and CISOs. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure successful adoption, long-term value, and opportunity to work across geographies in a remote role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years deploying, integrating and managing enterprise SIEMs (Splunk, QRadar, or Sentinel).
• Experience building playbooks, configuring rules, and managing Cortex integrations.
• Proficient in Python for security tool integration and log parsing with Regex.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, ingestion and parsing of log sources into Cortex XSIAM.
• Build and tune correlation and detection rules across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Tune log source performance, ingestion rates and detection logic for efficiency.
• Automate SOC processes into scalable workflows using XSIAM playbooks.
• Deploy and manage content packs, dashboards for customer security use cases.
• Serve as SME on Cortex XSIAM, SIEM log architecture and SOAR best practices.
• Define security metrics and automation roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Produce technical design docs to enable long-term customer autonomy.
