Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
Consultative analytics partner with stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
Experience leading analytics projects across the full lifecycle: intake through delivery.
Progressive analytics experience in BI, informatics, pharmacy/sales/operations data.
Strong proficiency with SQL and reporting/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and performance.
Serve as analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems and opportunities.
Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of business outcomes.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and KPIs.
Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Translate findings into clear recommendations for exec, ops, and tech audiences.
Influence decisions by delivering insights impacting growth and profitability.
