Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workforce Management experience including forecasting, inventory management and tactical planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform short- and mid-term staffing forecasting using real-time data and demand trends.
• Manage daily case assignment and inventory distribution, monitor workload trends and skill alignment.
• Create reports for physician leadership such as productivity and handle times.
• Translate workforce data into insights for leadership and long-term planning.
• Oversee scheduling, absence management, and compliance with policies.
