Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Analytics Consultant to partner with analytics, IT and business teams to turn complex data from pharmacy, sales, and operations into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and improve performance.

This senior, individual contributor role operates at the intersection of business strategy, analytics and technology, translating questions into analytical approaches and communicating stories to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to define problems, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle from intake to implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and operating performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key drivers.
• Design and develop metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and operational audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights affecting growth, profitability, and efficiency.
