Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), process improvement, business systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting production automations, including testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Experience with multiple platforms and APIs, with the ability to connect systems and automate end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of workflow automations and integrations.
- Modernize Automation Anywhere solutions by migrating and optimizing workflows in Power Automate.
- Monitor production automations and support channels, troubleshoot issues, and communicate status and resolutions.
