A leading insurance staffing firm is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will manage mid to complex Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to close. Required qualifications include over 5 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation claims and strong knowledge in one or more Midwest states. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a 10% Target bonus and excellent health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling Workers Compensation claims.
• Strong Workers' Compensation knowledge in one or more Midwest states.
• Must have experience handling litigated files.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims from inception to close.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Provides direction to legal counsel and manages litigation process.
