This role involves managing moderate to complex Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to close. Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience, preferably in Iowa or other Midwest states, along with strong organizational and negotiation skills. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 plus a 10% target bonus, along with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits packages.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years of experience handling Workers' Compensation claims.
• Must have experience handling litigated files.
• Strong knowledge in Iowa and/or other Midwest states.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims from inception to close.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Provide direction to legal counsel and manage litigation process.
