Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking a Workday HCM Security Administrator to optimize and secure our HR systems. You will manage Workday HCM configurations, security roles, and data integrity across processes to support HR and leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include secure access control management, EIB data uploads, and building advanced reports and dashboards. You will work closely with HR and IT while ensuring compliance and continuous improvements in a fully remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration, focusing on Workday HCM.
• Experience with Workday security groups, report writing, and data management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or other data manipulation tools.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
• Workday certification in HCM, Reporting, or Security Administration preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: manage and configure Workday HCM to support HR processes.
• Security Administration: configure and maintain Workday security access controls, roles, permissions.
• Data Management: oversee accuracy and integrity of HR data in Workday, including audits.
• EIB Creation: create and manage Enterprise Interface Builder files for data uploads and integrations.
• Reporting & Analytics: design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards with advanced features.
• Compliance & Data Privacy: ensure processes comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
