Job summary

SafeStreets USA is seeking a skilled Workday Administrator to manage and optimize our Workday HCM and Financial systems. You will serve as the tier-3 expert, configure business processes, ensure data security, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline workflows across the organization.

The role involves monitoring releases, supporting integrations, and building custom reports and dashboards to inform executive decisions while maintaining reliability and compliance with data privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, HR, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday administration experience (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization).
• Workday Platform Pro Admin certification required.
• Strong technical acumen with system integrations (APIs, EIBs) and custom reporting.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and maintains Workday HCM and Financial systems.
• Manages security, access, and role assignments.
• Monitors weekly releases and semi-annual updates.
• Supports integrations and builds custom reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoots issues and provides end-user guidance and training.
• Ensures data privacy and compliance across Workday.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, IT to optimize workflows.
