Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, HCM Core & Security to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of Workday HCM Core and security. You will own the security model, ensure compliant access, and align with data protection requirements across global operations.

The role involves shaping security policies, partnering with HR, Cybersecurity, and Legal teams, and guiding cross-functional changes across the Workday tenant. Remote work is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 12+ years of related experience with 10 years of Workday leadership experience within HCM and/or Security.
• Proven ownership of Workday security architecture and HCM foundational design.
• Experience working with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner in delivering on the strategic direction for Workday HCM foundational structures and hire to retire business processes.
• Design and enforce Workday security policies and governance.
• Oversee configuration and governance of core HCM processes and personal data.
