Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (SCALE).
• Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Experience with integration and interface data mapping using EDI and XML formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and workflows.
• Experience leading or coordinating testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through SOWs, functional requirements documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Lead data mapping and integration activities across client and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation of mapping specifications.
• Develop and execute integration, system, and UAT plans, coordinating testing with clients and stakeholders.
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and operational analysis.
• Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and system extensions.
• Provide Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to drive resolution.
• Participate in solution design reviews for new implementations, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Develop instructional, procedural, and business process documentation to support adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and site-specific safety requirements.
