Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to own and scale the user research strategy across product teams. You will lead qualitative and quantitative studies, define measurement plans, and partner with design, product, and engineering to drive data-informed decisions.

You’ll build dashboards with Adobe Analytics and CJ Analytics, run A/B tests with Adobe Target, and craft compelling data stories that influence product strategy while ensuring accessibility and user-centered design

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in user research or related field.
• Experience defining and leading research strategy and programs.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, and with Adobe Target for personalization and testing.
• Demonstrated data storytelling ability with readouts that influenced decisions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility standards.
• Highly analytical and strategic with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap across teams.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives including testing, interviews, surveys, and benchmarking.
• Analyze behavioral data and feedback to uncover insights shaping product decisions.
• Define and evolve the web measurement strategy with dashboards and exec presentations.
• Own the experimentation program including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Craft data stories pairing quantitative evidence with user voices for decision making.
• Build and maintain scalable research documentation and insight repositories.
