Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks Senior Consultant to lead R&D consulting projects, partnering with senior client stakeholders to define and realize strategic value. You will manage teams, plan and track delivery, and build durable relationships through workshops, calls, and on-site interactions.

You will guide deliverables across Regulatory, Clinical Strategy & Operations, and Quality and Safety, driving R&D innovation with SaaS platforms and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and excellent academic record.
• 4+ years consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization.
• Experience in Life Sciences.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and related areas: Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Safety.
• Understanding of the R&D value chain and ideally Veeva’s platforms/solutions.
• Knowledge of how digital technology drives health and life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects as the operational face of a Veeva R&D Consulting team, planning, organizing, and delivering scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines.
